Refund policy

At Art Chinois, we want you to fall in love with your acquisition. Each piece is a testament to traditional craftsmanship, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.


1. 30-Day Art Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@artchinois.com.
  • Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail.
  • Return Shipping Labels: Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping labels (Customer's responsibility). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.


3. Handcrafted Variations (Authenticity Note)

Our products are handcrafted using traditional Intangible Cultural Heritage techniques. Minor variations in color, texture, and weave are not considered defects; rather, they are  a signature of its unique, handmade origin.


4. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@artchinois.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In cases of proven damage during transit, Art Chinois will cover the return costs or provide a replacement.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
