Every Art Chinois piece is meticulously inspected, hand-packed, and dispatched from our creative studio in London, United Kingdom. We take personal pride in ensuring your art arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping Zones & Estimated Timelines
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days (Standard) / 1–2 business days (Express).
- European Union: 5–10 business days.
- North America (USA & Canada): 7–14 business days.
- Rest of the World: 10–21 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
As we ship from the UK, please be aware that international orders (including those to the EU and North America) may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Our Fragile Item Guarantee
Porcelain and fine bamboo are delicate by nature. We use specialized reinforced packaging to protect your items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@artchinois.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the box. We will arrange a priority replacement for you.
